Galacto-Oligosaccharide 27% Powder
Oligogalactose is a naturally occurring functional oligosaccharide, mostly found in trace amounts in animal milk. It is a mixture of oligosaccharides with β(1-4), β(1-6) and β(1-3) bonds in the galactose group of the lactose molecule, which is obtained by the action of β-galactosidase. It helps to improve constipation and poor calcium absorption in breastfed infants and helps to improve the nutrition and health status of infants and children.

Sweetness is 30%~40% of cane sugar, and the sweetness is soft and pure
Higher viscosity than cane sugar (75Brix at the same sugar level)
Stable under high temperature and acidic conditions (pH3.0, 160℃, 15min without decomposition), can be used in acidic food
